With more than 450 acres of mature, lowland forest and a network of trails, this large pedestrian/equestrian park and natural area between Kirkland and Bellevue has great potential for environmental education in the urbanizing environment. Bridle Trails Park Foundation is working with Washington State Parks to create an Environmental Education Center (EEC) in the next five years (with programming beginning as soon as possible). Our goal for building this EEC is to make more of an impact in the community by engaging students and adults in a set of environmental education programming at the park. Please answer the questions below to help us move forward, keeping the community’s desires in mind!
